Le comité syndical, l’organe délibérant du syndicat
Le comité syndical est composé de 29 délégués titulaires et de 29 délégués suppléants élus au sein des assemblées délibérantes des 2 collectivités membres du SIRTOMAD
Il se réunit au moins trois fois par an.
Le comité règle par ses délibérations les affaires relevant de la compétence du syndicat. Le comité syndical a délégué au bureau et au président une partie de ses attributions, conformément à l’article L.5211-10 du Code général des collectivités territoriales.
